Return Policy

At Royal Bidet, hygiene is extremely important. Bidet products are non-returnable if box has been opened.

*Special restrictions apply within 30 days.

*Restocking and shipping fees apply.

At Royal Bidet, sanitation is our priority. Royal Bidet products will not be returned if the box has been opened. It is a personal hygiene product.
If you change your mind within 30 days from placing an order, you can return the product as long as it has not been opened. You will, however, pay for shipping costs and restocking fees.

We will replace your unit within 30 days of purchase if found to have a manufacture defect, provided that the product was properly installed and used in accordance with instructions. Your product will be exchanged with one of the same model or of a similar one, pending availability.
